By clicking submit you are agreeing to have your story or safety tip posted on our website or used in other media. You are granting "Rainbow Safety, LLC & Rainbow Safety Foundation" the exclusive right to use your story or satety tip where ever seen fit, including places where a profit may be gained from the information you submit safety awareness to the public. You agree that this information is being submitted to "Rainbow Safety, LLC & Rainbow Safety Foundation" royalty free and you are not entitled to any royalty fees of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, pamphlets, brochures, or other paper media including books, advertising in the form of video's, banners, audio works , shirts, etc. If you wish to have a story or safety tip that you have submitted to us removed you may make such a request in writing sent to us by "Certified Mail" to the address listed in the footer of this website. In such case, we shall review your request and act accordingly. However, it is understood that we CAN NOT remove your story from media already sold to the public and we will remove the requested information only from what media we currently have in our possession. All submittals will NOT HAVE the full name of the person but rather initials where applicable. Stories will NOT have names or initials posted on ANYTHING AT ALL, OR FOR ANY REASON to protect the identity of the survivor. We may edit your submission and have the right to use it in all electronic and social media pertaining to Rainbow Safety, LLC and Rainbow Safety Foundation, a Missouri nonprofit corporation in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status.
